University Research Ethics Committee Terms of Reference Documents
Ethics Approval
All research involving human participants, personal data, or sensitive topics must obtain UREC approval before data collection commences.
Application Process
Read the Guidance
Review the Research Ethics Policy and the Standard Operating Procedures to understand requirements.
Prepare Documents
Gather all required materials: PIS, Consent Form, interview guides, and recruitment materials.
Complete Application
Fill out the Ethics Application Form (Online or Offline). Student researchers need supervisor countersignature.
Submit & Await Decision
Submit and wait for final Decision after UREC meeting. (within 15 working days )
